Assist is a portal designed to meet the needs of the Personalisation Agenda for Adult Social Care.

Joint Effort

With the support of leading enterprise organisations, Improvement and Efficiency South East and Thames Valley Innovation and Growth a blueprint portal has been developed with the input of Local Authorities and recipients of adult social care.

A number of organisations have provided technical input, skills and services in the areas of portal technology, transaction management, procurement and purchasing technologies, mobile devices and integration with Local Authority IT systems.

Pioneering Approach

We are pioneering Assist, a new approach to personalised adult social care. The system is designed to support:

• Those in need or seeking adult social care and/or their representatives
• Professionals involved in the delivery of social care
• Providers of care services and products
• Local Authorities implementing Adult Social Care.
